How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary by scope. Research sprints are 4 weeks. A full mobile app typically runs 4–6 months. AI platform builds are typically 6–12 months. We always provide detailed timeline estimates during the discovery phase before any commitment is made.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes — some of our most exciting work has been with early-stage companies. We offer flexible engagement structures and can help you define scope in a way that's proportionate to your stage.
Who owns the IP and source code?
You do. All intellectual property, source code, models, and research artifacts created on your project belong to you. For joint research publications, we agree on authorship and licensing before work begins.
Can you work with our existing team?
Absolutely — we often embed within existing engineering organizations. We adapt to your workflow, tools, and communication cadence. Collaboration with in-house teams is something we genuinely enjoy.
Do you offer post-launch support?
All Build Partnership engagements include 90 days of post-launch support. We also offer ongoing retainer-based maintenance and monitoring for teams that want continued involvement.
What industries do you serve?
Our work spans healthcare, finance, logistics, climate tech, defense research, and enterprise software. The common thread is complexity — we're at our best on problems that require both research depth and engineering excellence.
